Some musicians have their own musical style, their personal identification and unique signature. Dinesh Mishra is one of them .

Dinesh Mishra is an Indian musician from Varanasi, his music journey started at the age of 13 in guidance of  Sri R.K. Srinivasan and completed Diploma in Flute from Banaras Hindu University, then he started advance training  from  Late Sri Pt. Raghunath Prasanna in Delhi, finally Dinesh achieved his goal and started  learning flute from great Indian Bamboo flute maestro Padma vibhusan Pt. Hariprasad Chaurasia.

After 20 years of performing experience of Indian classical music, Bollywood and solo concerts all over india, he started to travel abroad . Now-a-days Dinesh Mishra is one of the most demanded flute player in Europe, collaborating with western musicians, as a solo flute player in jazz and world music fusion. In this musical journey Dinesh collaborated with -Markus Stockhausen,Jorje Pardo,Nantha Kumar,Rhani Krija, Nippy Noya, Manni Neumann, T.M. Stevens, Florian Weber, Stevko Busch, Embryo, Michael Reiman, Ignacio Bejar, Praful and Jim Galakti and so on....

He has different kind of music projects and band in Germany and giving concerts all over the world....

Dinesh Mishra is based in Mumbai and Germany. In Bochum he established his “Bamboo Flute Academy”  he is also giving master classes at various conservatories in all over Europe.

Dinesh is  working Since 2007 artist in residence of "Akademie der Kulturen NRW" a free high school for holistic development .
